How the device works - vertical:

  1. The fodder corn inside the storage tank moves through the conveyor belt on the floor to the hopper outlet.
  2. In a certain order, the feed is poured from the hopper onto the conveyor belt and moves towards the input hopper of the weighing system.

  3. The weighing system then measures the exact amount of 30 kilograms.

  4. The weighed fodder is entered into the compression chamber and the compression system compresses the corn fodder by means of a piston, and as the piston of the compressor returns, a vacuum operation is also performed.

  5. The compressed corn is placed inside a special nylon bag and the lid is closed with a sewing system.

  6. The finished packages are removed from the discharge section.
